What does it offer? It provides you with a complete overview of goods receipts, orders and their statuses, stock levels, service costs, shipping, and many other essential details. Additionally, it allows you to manage expiration dates at any time and prioritize goods intake or order fulfillment.

The API integration connects your e-commerce solution with our logistics software automatically and bidirectionally. The entire integration process is handled by our experienced IT team and is completely free of charge.

Receipt of goods

First, we receive your goods into the warehouse, fill out the shipping documents, assign the goods to the created receipt, and check if they arrived undamaged. This process is completely free of charge.

Stocking

We will store your goods on pallet positions or in picking boxes, either as individual items or as shipping packages. All with an emphasis on achieving the lowest possible costs in the logistics process.

Storage

We achieve the lowest storage costs for you by choosing the most suitable storage method. Boxes are ideal for a wide variety of products, expiration dates, batch numbers, or smaller quantities of goods. In other cases, we opt for pallet positions.

Picking

During picking, our staff selects the goods from their position by scanning the product’s barcode. The process is supervised by our SIMON software, which strictly follows FIFO rules and prioritizes dispatching the item with the lowest quantity.

Packaging

Thanks to double verification of accuracy, we are able to raise the system’s reliability to 99.998%. Custom packaging with your logo, tape, inserts, or promotional materials is a matter of course. We also pack fragile products and liquids.

Shipping

You can ship packages through various couriers and carriers at competitive rates. Once the order is registered in the SIMON system, we dispatch packages within Slovakia within 24 hours, and to EU countries or other parts of the world within 48 hours.

Cross-Docking

Do you need to ship goods to your customer immediately and without storage? It’s no problem for us to distribute products directly from the manufacturer or supplier. An added bonus is reduced shipping costs and improved customer service.
