Our carriers and clients are connected via API to the Simon information system – orders from various client platforms are automatically transferred to the logistics system, where shipping labels are generated and pickups are simultaneously scheduled with the carrier. Thanks to this, orders can be delivered the same day if placed by 12:00 PM.

How to choose the right carrier?

We will gladly advise you on carrier selection based on your product type and destination country.

Do you offer your own delivery service in Bratislava and surrounding areas?

Yes, we provide delivery services in the Bratislava and Trnava regions.

What if I place an order after 12:00 PM?

In this case, the shipment will be handed over to the carrier on the next working day.

Can I track the shipment status in the Simon system?

Yes, shipment status is updated hourly, so you have a perfect overview of your parcel’s location. 

How often are COD payments paid out to clients?

Usually once a month, or according to an agreement with the client. 

Do you charge additional fuel or toll surcharges on top of shipping fees?

No, fuel and toll surcharges are already included in the shipping price.
