In addition to the standard fulfillment services, our clients have the option to choose from several supplementary services. Our goal is to cover all their needs within the scope of outsourced storage and logistics, as in most cases, clients do not come into direct contact with their goods. 1. Returns (Reverse Logistics)

Processing and recording goods returned by customers.

2. Complaints

Documenting returned or damaged goods, including communication with the customer or client.

3. Labeling and Tagging

Applying new labels, language tags, or marking products with EAN codes.

4. Co-packing and Order Assembly

Assembling product sets or packages from multiple items according to the client’s specifications.

5. Inserting Documents and Gifts

Printing and inserting invoices, manuals, advertisements, or other documents into shipments.

6. Expiry Date and Batch Tracking

Monitoring and managing expiry dates and batch numbers according to FIFO principles.

7. Packaging Customization

Choosing packaging and filling materials based on client requirements.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Management

Receiving COD payments from the carrier, system assignment to orders, and transferring to the client’s account. 

9. Personal Pickup

Option to collect shipments personally directly from the warehouse in Senec.

10. Individual Requests

Implementation of specific requests such as gift wrapping, promotional campaigns, or special shipping procedures.
